Society places such great importance on weight. Just look at what the media was portraying back in the 60's as the perfect girl. All woman were bigger then. Just look at Marilyn Monroe! She would have been considered huge today! Eating though is a habit. It is something we can control. For many people it is something that brings great pleasure, for others it is simply a way to stay healthy. Each person has to make that choice. We all come in different shapes and sizes. The best thing is that we all make the decision on how we want to appear to the rest of the world with what we have. On another note, I frequently practice a special diet that I use when Im feeling a little bigger than I am happy with.
